My co-workers are always supportive and encouraging. I recieve constructive feedback from my supervisor, which allows me to constantly improve. The culture at Atterro creates an atmosphere of consistent productivity because it is uplifting. Communication with supervisors and managers is easy and I always feel encouraged to offer new ideas. Basically, at the end of the day I feel that I have contributed to society in a way that can't be done anywhere else.

Cons

The only downside is that there are not enough branches throughout the U.S.A., meaning that this is such a great company and having more branches would make Atterro even better because the company does such a great job finding work and contributing to the economy and workforce.

As an employee of Atterro I feel heard, cared for, and thought about. I have the independence I look for in my position, while knowing that I can look to my co workers for assitance or questions.

Cons

At times it feels like decisions are made as "band aids" rather than looking at the long term impact, or without talking to the people they would impact most.
