      Pros

      A leadership that embraces opinions, enjoys celebrating, and a culture of smart and energetic employees that light up a room when they come together.

      Cons

      Newer initiatives are often put on hold if company financials aren't trending in the right direction. Although I understand this rationale, it does negatively impact progress we've made in some of our employee development and recruiting initiatives.

      Pros

      It feels like like everything you do in your position is helping the company achieve its goals. There is great work/life balance, and you feel like more than just a number to the company.

      Cons

      No real cons at this time. The only thing that comes to mind is with the insurance, which could be slightly better, but it is more than adequate to fit our needs.
