I appreciate your feedback and I’m pleased to hear that you feel our culture, personal development opportunities and flexibility make Atterro a great place to work. We take feedback very seriously, especially regarding opportunities for improvement. Therefore, your feedback regarding improved communication, technology and work hours have been noted. The Senior Leadership Team is always available for suggestions and feedback. We welcome your thoughts on improving communication and work hours in the field. Over the last year we’ve made improvements to our company-wide communication through eliminating a number of our “hot topic” emails and instead communicating them in our monthly newsletter. If you have additional suggestions, I invite you to share them directly with the SLT or send them to the “My Ideas” inbox alias. Regarding technology – there are a number of opportunities I’m excited about regarding the recent acquisition; technology is one of them. Stay tuned, as I know I’ll have more to share with you regarding new tools and software. Clay Morel, CEO

Pros

My job gives me a lot of freedom in my day to day activities. I am a recruiter and I work on a lot of different positions in a lot of different ways. I'm on a special team that was just created last year and so far, it has been a wonderful experience growing with the company and help to form how my team functions.

Cons

For my team specifically - there is not a clear idea on how I can move up from my current position. For the rest of the company, there are paths that the employees can (and do) take to promotion. Being on such a new team, I understand that the grund work has not been laid out previously and they are not sure on what path to give us for promotion, but as I am really just starting my career, upward mobility is very important to me! Do to the fact that this is only an issue on my time, I'm taking only 1 star away (if I could, I would only take half a star, as this truely is one of the best companies - if not the best company I have every worked for!)

Your feedback is greatly appreciated, thank you for taking a few minutes to share your candid thoughts. Your feedback regarding career paths is one that came up often during our Employee Engagement results feedback. Based on the number of employees who have similar concerns, we’re in the process of developing a Career Architecture outline. The outline will provide employees with a visual of the different career paths available to them. Additionally, it will provide them with a checklist of items they should get exposure to before moving on to their next role. We plan to launch this program towards the end of Q2 or the beginning of Q3. Jessie Novey, HR Manager

Pros

The pro about working here is the promotions that were offered through AT&T.

Cons

The cons about working here was the fact that the floor management did not want to do Managers Recaps to the customers in order for the Sales Rep to get there order submitted to get paid. Managers showed favortism towards certain agents and there was 30-40 total agents and only 3 Floor/Team Managers. It was not worth $8.00 an hour.
