      even during economic times, Advantage is doing well. The company is growing rapidly.

      Cons

      With fast growth comes problems. Not all treated fairly with salaries.

      Pros

      The hours can be extremely flexible. It's a great "second" job to have. There are wellness benefits offered that other companies do not extend to their employees. I must say that if you do need time away for emergency or illness the company is usually accommodating. Paid holidays are also very much appreciated.

      Cons

      There is little hope of "moving up the ladder." Associates work for years w/out pay increases to even attempt to compensate for cost of living increases. Constant fear of being laid off.

      - No career growth opportunity - Poor upward/downward communication - Constant fear of RIF's - Lack of communication from CEO/President - Too conservative - Lack of recognition, pay for performance
