Good place to gain experience with low pay

Cons

Impossible and continually changing expectations from management. Micromanaging leadership has created a culture of fear. Endless pointless and inefficient meetings that are up to 4 hours long. Expectations are always unclear and you have to redo work constantly; Even senior level managers do menial busy work often, so you cannot grow and develop. Also, LOW LOW PAY... If you are someone who wants to actually achieve something and be in a transparent, collaborative work environment, look elsewhere.

Close to the freeway. Lots of parking

Cons

Commission should be higher for how much work you put in. You will have to travel to Cincinnati Ohio for your Sales Kick Off Meetings twice a year. You don't get the proper training and are left alone to do it yourself. HR is a joke Management and Upper levels of it don't really care or acknowledged your accomplishments. They have their favorites. Overall Toxic Work Place
