      I had a good overall experience working with this company. It provides a supportive environment for learning and growth, especially for individuals early in their careers.Opportunities to learn new skills and take on responsibilities, work-life balance is generally well maintained.

      Pros

      Good company. Better than lala companies. Salary comes on time. In case of Layoffs, they usually place/adjust you to different team. CEO does Lunch party annually (department wise). There is a reward system- gives discount on online shopping. Timing is good (mine start at 11 AM)- Saves traffic time. It also give WFH (3 days from office). Office is located in main city and not outskirt.

      Cons

      Water logging happens during rain. Can do more outbound activities/trip.
