      Good learning for product development Many Employee friendly initiatives like Award and recognition, Salary advance/loan for emergency, upskilling program with sponsorship for courses. Good appraisals internally. 10% is minimum for average rating

      Cons

      Day starts late as have to work in the evening as clients are in US. But negligible if compared to learning.
