Overall atmosphere of Advatix is extremely well managed. Working there was actually a good experience.

Cons

Some Team leaders doesn't even know how to communicate with agents. They will only ask you to work on their conditions. Very bad attitude and misbehaviour.

Very poor management... very porr HR....no resolution of issues....no response for queries..problems with exit... FnF done with fake deductions.... overall a very bad experience... only join if there is no job ... no learning... very bad working environment...
