AHS-IS is dysfunctional

Good people working in the lower ranks.

Cons

Executive Management at AHS-IS is extremely dysfunctional, poor leaders and untrustworthy. Corporate never comes by to check on the Lake MAry office. The executives tell Corporate whatever they want to hear. Meanwhile they run the workers into the ground with little regard for them. They are drvien by deadlines, not what is best for the corporation.

A lot of good people to work with. Most enjoy their work and do a good job of what they are suppose to do.

Cons

Some department cliques and politics, but that is every where and not exclusive to this organization.

Poor IT Management- allow IT to make too many business decisions while they no longer know what the applications do Antiquated IT systems Cultural Arrogance - If it wasn't invented here, its not the way we do it or open for discussion
