      Very family oriented with high moral and Christian Values where faith and compassion is promoted. Decent benefits and an asset to the community.

      Cons

      Administrative Leadership is very green and the seasoned professional have too much responsibility fixing the problems the rookies have caused. There always seems to be a flavor of the month with little accountability to complete a task and to continue the upkeep of the task. Very poor pay comparable to the area, no consisent structure or HR leadership.
