Absolutely no cons to identify.

Everything is about productivity. They are hyper focused on patient satisfaction scores but forget that we are human as well and are overworked, short staffed and no appropriate ratios considering patient acuity. There is a reason their retention rate is bad. The Team leads are useless because they are made to do patient rounds and nit-pick every thing instead of helping the nurses on the floor.
