Pros

For motivated people with good work ethic MRMC has a system that allows you to not only advance in the company but also assists you in continuing your education in your choose field so that more opportunities are available to you.

Cons

Through various changes in management and executive structures over the years there can be a sense of disorganization and complacency.

Pros

If you have health services done (except the emergency room) performed at a CHS Affiliated Hospital, it's free.

Cons

Low pay, backstabbing co-workers, management who doesn't know what they're doing. Favoritism runs abundant in this place. Hard to transfer departments unless you know people. Hard to be promoted, unless you know people.

Pros

Was a great place to work until CHS took over. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there now, to work or be a patient.

Cons

After owning us for a year and promising raises that were 6 years over due, most people got 1.7 %, the others got nothing. They are all about the numbers and how many people they can admit into the hospital. Good experienced nurses that have worked there for years are leaving in droves, and they don't care. They just keep having the ones that are left take more and more patients.
