Pros

Flexibility with scheduling, Plenty of campuses to work for, If you like change, there are always plenty of lateral or upward movement for you. Florida Hospital does a great job of showing they as a company care for their employees. Bonuses twice a year. Lots of communication and employee opportunities. Florida Hospital (Advent) is very good to their patient's and have plenty of programs to help patients as well as strive for patient centered care.

Cons

Overwhelming amount of town-hall meetings/skill fairs/unit meetings/quarterly education/sign offs/e-mails/trying to do scheduling etc. Excessive emails and constant requirements. Can not live life a few days off without missing something that needs to be done or getting an email that something was missed. WORK FATIGUE! Once a year for education and skills fair is more than enough unless something emergent is needed for immediate change practice.

1. Unrealistic expectations 2. Make you feel like a 3 year old at work 3. Your bosses do not have your back 4. Expect to not work as many hours as you wish 5. There is no clear and direct leadership 6. Only cares what they look like to the public
