There are palm trees on the premises.

Cons

Your voice will be silenced one way or another if you dare advocate for your patients. You will be paid WELL BELOW whatever you believe to be ridiculous. They have a monopoly on the Central Florida Healthcare system and they know it. Either take it or leave it.

Learning opportunities make it a great entry level job.

Cons

The turn over is high! Employees aren't valued and are under payed. Also the hospital is frequently understaffed despite the fact that people are often on call. Management is very controlling! If you work here get ready to lose all you autonomy. You will do and say what they tell you to do. Just keep your mouth shut and do it.
