      Upward mobility with right certifications

      Cons

      They dont schedule enough employees on the floors. Patient to employee ratio is awful. Benefits package is too expensive and cafeteria food is expensive.

      Pros

      Co-workers are very friendly and try hard to do their homework well and more. At Advent health waterman hospital we have PDOs.

      Cons

      the hourly payment is very low, they do not give the true value that deserves who is sanitizing everything in that hospital and exposing himself to any virus or bacteria. Really 10 or 10.41 per hour is nothing, for all the work you have to do and under pressure.
