Pros
It's a job you get to practice being a sidewalk because they walk all over you
Cons
They don't care about your real family, they don't pay enough, they only care about making that money i.e do surgery on people that are too old and they probably shouldn't have it, they got cheaper since advent took over since areas you're people have been there to long in charge and bitter and treat employees crappy or atleast some do but there protected more then normal employees they just need a massive face lift of mgmt or interview employees with out mgmt around so they can speak freely. And during the whole covid19 the ceo and upset mgmt haven't once put them selves in harm's way only the replaceable employees and I'm sure they won't give them anything for all the hard work as a matter of fact there making them take a week off to pay the company back for working the whole time not like they let people stay home and get paid and if you don't have the pdo for it you will just owe the company so if you want to work for a selfish low paying company this is the place oh and god forbid you eat in the cafe they will take you're whole paycheck so that way you pretty much work for free
