      AdventHealth Waterman is a great place to work, whether in a business or clinical capacity. Their mission is to extend the healing ministry of Christ. Leaders listen to their employees and have made intentional steps to foster great working environments for their employees and foster individual learning, growth, and career advancement. AdventHealth's values are Quality and Service Excellence, Community Wellbeing, High Ethical Standards, Stewardship, and Inclusiveness. Their service standards are simple: Keep Me Safe, Love Me, Make It Easy, and Own It. You will love working at AdventHealth!

      No major cons I can think of. No employer is perfect but at AdventHealth I feel that employees are valued and listened to.

      Pros

      Amazing leadership and executive team. Stays true to their mission and values. Part of a much larger healthcare system so there is huge potential for growth at every level.

      Cons

      If I had to name one it would be that it’s not closer to where I live but it’s totally worth the 45 minute commute.

      Pros

      Waterman is a faith based institution that prides in providing an excellent care to the community. The institution is currently growing. Great work environment and family oriented place. Onsite daycare is a blessing for working mothers.

      Nothing negative for this institution.
