      Pros

      You're not just getting paid; you're helping others. It sounds cheesy, but it's true and why I've loved working there.

      Cons

      As in any hospital, stress levels can be very high at times. Often this leads to snapping between myself and fellow employees - not because of dislike of each other, just because of the sheer amount of stress.
