      Pros

      Great new-grad program. Great nurse-physician relationships and family like environment with certain people.

      Cons

      Work environment is increasingly micromanaged. Every week, a new policy or protocol is given to the nurse without regard to already heavy workloads. Salary is quite low. Particular cultural dominance, and do not comply with language speaking policy. Some bullying behavior towards shy staff, newer staff has been witnessed.

      Pays is in line with the market, friendly environment, and the company is growing.

      Cons

      Benefits are well below other health care companies. Especially health plan and vacation especially. Work load is above normal for several work groups, creating little to no work life balance, claims to be data driven but frequently ignores data to make decisions management wants. Being well liked more important than being good at your job. Nepotism and cronyism have lead to management with little understanding of how to run a health care organization.
