Pros

Great place for new nurses to start up. Has some great nurses that are very helpful. Decent pay for Selma with yearly 2 percent increase.

Cons

Attending stafff meeting can be hard sometimes. Its mandatory. Once per month. Annual bonus is only $50, can be better. HR loses employee paperworks , they lost my retirement paperwork, which I found out a year later, and my submitted bachelor degree, which I submitted before I start my job. Low census, nurses can get out on call pretty frequently.

Pros

Some friendly staff. Pay and benefits not to bad.

Cons

Director constantly overlooked part time people for full time positions. High turn over. Was there a year and half and saw 12 people including two managers leave.
