Pros

It has friendly work environment if you know how to say "Yes" to every thing management says. If you do not ask questions, you are best employee, even if your productivity is zero. Building a new campus.

Cons

Promotion happens on the basis of whom you know rather than what skill sets you posses. If you are Adventist and affiliated with the CHURCH, you are promoted even if you watch you-tube on work whole day. Hard word never gets appreciated. If you are looking for a transfer to different department, managers and directors block your transfer since they do not have qualified team members to fill in your role and hold you hostage in their team. AH follows a simple policy of being HUSH-HUSH. If no one speaks about it, it is ALL-GOOD. AH prefers CHEAP non-productive plenty of church affiliated employees than few well paid qualified professionals

Pros

Social, flexible, nice co-workers, excellent pay and benefits, excellent ergonomics, excellent equipment.

Cons

Dysfunctional corporate culture, nepotism, gossip, conservative, not transparent. Prefer to hire family and church members as much as possible. Promoting unqualified individuals because they are Adventist.

Pros

The staff members are very dedicated and kind

Cons

If you do not belong to the Adventist Church, do not expect to advance or to have upper management treat you with respect. Focus and goals change monthly and the ability to improve is negatively impacted by the company's lack of stable goals.
