Pros

Pretty area to work in. Most of the people are nice.

Cons

Terrible health benefits considering it's a healthcare system. They cater to the executives and corporate and do not care for anyone else, especially if you are not in a clinical role.

Pros

Hired me because I wanted to be a nurse there and just needed experience to get into a nursing program. Cafeteria food actually isn’t that bad

Cons

Overworked Understaffed and everyone called out all the time Night shift sucks but is the only option because you make a three hour differential for night shifts and CNA’s deserve to make more than basically minimum wage. Some units can get VERY cliquey
