I love working at Advia because of all the opportunities for advancement without formal education required. If you are willing to apply yourself and dedicate to learning, career advancement is totally possible and I absolutely love that.

Consistent growing pains from constant membership growth.

Very friendly people, put-together processes, open door policy with upper management (even the CEO, she WILL reply to your emails), and the best work-life balance I've found.

Pros

The culture at Advia promotes teamwork, doing what is right for the community/members, and growth. I started with Advia 5 years ago with little experience and I have been able to grow my skills with the help of fantastic mentors. Tons of growth potential: I have received 3 promotions in my 5 years here. Benefits are amazing, leadership is understanding, and work life balance makes it feel like you are valued.

Cons

None that I can think of. I've worked for a few different financial institutions and Advia is by far the best. I will retire from this company!
