Pros

A very strong family atmosphere, at Advocate they welcome you unlike any other company and it is unlike any place I have been to. The training process is long term learning, but well worth it. The amount of knowledge you will gain will set you up for success, if you choose to put forth the effort. I can not stress more about the atmosphere, it is one of the most inviting and engaging places I have ever worked. You can make a lot of make money at this job and Advocate will help as much as possible.

Cons

If your aren't willing work hard then that would be biggest con as an employee. The job is a grind and you have to put the work in to it to succeed.
