Thanks so much for leaving this review! It is great to hear that you are enjoying the team environment and that our communication and workflows are hitting the mark. We put a lot of effort into giving our team the right tools and tech to make their day-to-day easier, so it is awesome to see that paying off for you. Seeing our team members grow professionally is what it is all about. We really want Advocate to be a place where hard work and initiative turn into a long-term career, which is why we focus so heavily on performance-driven growth and merit-based opportunities. We also appreciate your note on continuing to improve our workflows. We are always looking for ways to get better and make things run even more smoothly for the team. Thanks for your hard work and for helping us keep this an award-winning place to work!

Excellent Company to Work For

Pros

I've worked in similar positions for several companies and Advocate has by far been the best experience. Managers and team members have done a great job of keeping toxic nonsense out of the workplace. While the job is heavily reliant on your performance it offers a flexibility that doesn't come with other W-2 (commissioned) positions. Uncapped earning potential is just a bonus in my mind. If you can motivate and organize yourself this is the place to be.

Cons

Because the job is performance based the pressure to perform can be a little daunting for someone who isn't acclimated to it. The company is in the process of growing so new programs are launched and old ones are tweaked frequently.
