Working for Advocate Construction has been a great experience so far. From upper management to other salesman in the company, there is always someone on your side. If you have questions, they are answered. If you are someone who strives to be better the opportunity for growth in the company is there.

Cons

Door to door knocking until you’re able to build up referrals.

Very laid back atmosphere. The owners and some managers are very down to Earth which makes it fun to come in to work everyday. Management is always understanding when something comes up last minute allowing for a great work/life balance.
