Compensation was way under market value. Super high turnover churn on the sales team. One dimensional product. Lead generation was very weak and seemingly not the same for everyone at the organization. Was not what was described during the interview process. No organization for prospecting or tools for the sales team to use to go out and acquire new business.

If you are anything other than an entry level employee I would steer clear. Everything is extremely unorganized with zero clear expectations between teams. Important information is rarely given in an appropriate time. Growth over the years have lead to a loss of the core values and has replaced them with a “kicking the can” mentality from the top down. Job description and expectations change frequently with no prior notice and if you expect to receive your quota expectations on time look elsewhere. Quite frankly the number of positive reviews in recent months seem canned as an attempt to increase head count. Since I was unable to actually rate my experience, I would leave 2 stars.
