- Large company. - Good benefits. - Lots of educational/learning opportunities.

Cons

- Pay is not competitive. - Little room to advance (have to wait for someone to retire or quit). - Communication amongst divisions is completely lacking. - Time spent with the company was overall a good experience except for senior management and their desire to put their own needs ahead of their employees. If you spend any amount of time there you will quickly realize that it's all about the profit at the expense of work/ilfe balance, pay, opportunites, etc. - Still an 'old boys club' company.
