Company expanding throughout Canada in all construction secors (Mining, infrastructure, oil and gas, etc) allows for great opportunities for young engineers, specially out west Learning culture focused company People are great Awesome perks: Gas card, cell phone, laptop, attractive car allowance, benefits upon the best (DCPP) Initial 2 weeks vacation a year + additional paid week in December

Cons

There are still a lot of old school hard headed guys in high positions but they are getting rid of them slowly. Long hours in the summer and fall (average 50-55 hours a week), pretty chill in the winter.
