      The most Zen and calm workplace in Assisted Living

      Pros

      Staff is friendly and helpful. The entire staff at Aegis Newcastle support each other and always helpful and smiling. At all levels we are considered and respected as leaders. They feed us daily and the food from the kitchen is so delicious. Yakisoba to Cheeseburgers. So many employees from our community have been promoted from entry level to Regional and Directors.

      The team is so helpful it is hard to think of a negative.

      Pros

      Having a role that gives me purpose, as well as a team that provides me incredible support is the recipe for success in my eyes. I have had many operations roles in my past and this one fills my bucket the most.

      We need a discount for employees as we age:)

      Pros

      Was able to learn firsthand how to handle maintenance in electrical wiring, property management, plumbing, and many other fields. While also enjoying a professional work environment with a considerate manager and co-workers who cared about my experience and productivity.

      Cons

      No cons, overall perfect winter break job for a college student looking to improve their skills in general maintenance.
