Pros

This company will treat you good as long as you are making money for them. I resigned and they refused to pay me my earned bonuses. Exceeded NOI and zero deficiencies community. Gave noticed, they tried to save me, since I didn’t stay they didn’t pay me my bonuses. I worked very hard for them, went unappreciated until I resigned. I got HR and the founder involved and their excuse was “we asked you to stay longer, but you declined “

Cons

None. Greedy company, you are only good as long as you are making money for them.
