Poor work culture

Business Outlook

Pros

Competitive pay and flexible schedule

Cons

Poor, disorganized leadership. Colleagues are unpleasant and difficult to work with. Your value isn’t based on merit, instead it’s based on a popularity contest. Management prioritize profiles instead of treating employees and residents with dignity. Observed countless of unethical practices.

A terrible place to work

Pros

The job itself can be rewarding, all staff really care and collaborate to take the best care they can of residents. The manager is a good person and so are all the leadership, and they want to do their best for residents.

Cons

The CEO is a crazed megalomaniac who verbatim said in an all company call “I think the workers here are more pro-aegis than they are pro-union. I have been warned on the down low that any attempt to unionize would result in being fired. We are so understaffed that it is not even funny. People are breaking their backs trying to make it work but if it wasn’t for caregivers and other staff running themselves into the ground it wouldn’t function at all.
