Pros

Returning after a decade away, I’ve been impressed by how the company has grown while still keeping its core values. It feels really good to be back. It's been a warm welcome with great support from leadership and my coworkers.

Cons

There is a lot to do. My plate is full from the start. But that is why I'm here.

Pros

Team Directors were great team members

Cons

Very high acuity of residents, major staff complaints of poor pay and not enough staff. Employees not paid well, will not work hard. Wellness nurses and care directors not doing their jobs...
