Pros

Working in senior living for Aegis has become more than a career for me, it’s my calling. Aegis’ commitment to compassion, innovation and excellence aligns deeply with my own values. Bringing in top talent to care for our residents, make meaningful connections and elevate the residents daily life brings me so much joy. It’s more than a job to me, it’s a privilege to be part of the Aegis family.

Cons

Nothing at this time. Keep up the great work.

Pros

Good Pay, Decent hours. Good Food. Good Community and Staff are generally wonderful to work with, Building is beautiful. Residents are fun and Delightful.

Cons

Consistently short staffed. Undermined in stress levels. No Training. No Onboarding. A lot of things to keep your eyes and hands on, without enough support. Long times on repairs. Ants. Ants. Ants. Communication with close team members is almost always last minute, which can be frustrating in daily goals. Kitchen is split onto 2 separate floors, creating a wrench in the "engine" of service.
