Intimidation, harassment, and poor treatment.
Pros
Can't say there's anything in particular that's good about working here, but I'm grateful for the job. It's not much, but it pays, provides healthcare, schedule flexibility. and other company benefits.
Cons
Intimidation, harassment, and poor treatment. There were a part of employees on a daily basis. We were constantly pressured to do more than what we could, the threats of performing better when you're already doing your best, and still management isn't satisfied with your performance! Each of us were expected to look after 20 patients at a time, when it's physically impossible! I don't know what management's thinking, but it's obvious that they wanted to make our work harder than it should be! You're expected to work round the clock so you can reach your targets! Like, hello?! Aren't we humans who need to rest as well?!! They treat humans as machines that when they think are broken, they could just dispose them away!
