      Pros

      Great culture and very friendly co-workers. Good benefits and 401k has an optional Schwabb linked brokerage account to pick your own funds.

      Cons

      Upper management does not seem to have a clear cut direction as to where they are going and how they are getting there.

      Provided a good work-life balance, no extremely late evenings or weekends

      Cons

      Home office leadership is an absolute mess, with individuals with no sales experience running various sales divisions. The brass would rather have a loss leader with high sales numbers that actually makes the firm very little, than a higher performing product on a smaller scale. The turnaround time for product development resembles glacial movement.
