      Pros

      Considerably less beauracracy than other large companies with the same benefits such as large job exchange program, mandatory interviews for all internal applicants, and an extended employee benefit program.

      Cons

      Small work spaces usually in open forum settings. Somewhat of a sales-driven environment, meaning you're always thinking about the competition but never confident where or who the competition is, and those who are responsible for the selling have considerable power over everyone else.

      Pros

      Stable company, decent values, good fundamentals. There are really nice and experienced co-workers. A lot of opportunities to move among divisions. The management does it best to create integrity and identity with the company via various company events to promote the brand awarness.

      Cons

      it was not the most challenging environment ever seen - people are smart in general but it seems like they don't desire promotion. This is not for risk takers. It can get boring after a while. Business traveling very infrequent, thus not good for people who'd prefer a bit of travel. Still rather unknown in the world.

      Pros

      benefits, benefits, benefits. Benefits were much much better than any other place I have worked. Great vacation time, health insurance, retirement plan, etc. Good about making employees feel like they are appreciated. Salary was decent, and I enjoyed summer hours. My department was great, I have heard there is a lot of variation between departments. Very flexible with hours, etc.

      Cons

      Very large company, my position was somewhat boring. Not enough to keep busy. Hard to get your hands around the company as a whole.
