Business Outlook
Pros
The people are the biggest pro! It feels like a family here, which I had not experienced in a very long time. They also have good communication on where we are as a company comparing to goals, and they are hiring people in a way I respect. Looking to more woman and diversity, which isn't as common. They are small still, so they care, and I like the step back from mega corp. hard core life.
Cons
They are still growing, and all companies have growing pains when you are quickly up staffing. Some roles are less defined than expected, but it seems to be moving towards evening out roles.
