Pros

This company cultivates a real family like atmosphere. From the President of the company, to a person that was just hired, we all feel connected ,and everyone is approachable. The company is growing fast, and there are tons of opportunities to advance your career. Starting pay is great, with lots of bonuses; and raises can be earned.

Cons

The building we work in is an old warehouse, so there aren't any windows and sometimes I miss being able to see outside during the day.

Pros

I have been with Aeroflow going on three years now and it is the best job I have ever had. My supervisor is amazing. If I have any kind of issue she is very flexible and caring. It is a very culturally diverse and we are like a family. If anybody has issues there is always somebody to help. This is a very rewarding job to have and I would love for our family to continue to grow.

Cons

When I first started there seemed to be some communication issues but these have been resolved and the company runs very smooth now.

Aeroflow is a rapidly growing provider highly determined and motivated to provide excellent care in an industry with frequent changes. Internal promotion and advancement are now both highly incorporated with this. The company utilizes a dynamic and energized team to achieve ambitious goals.

Cons

The company has greatly improved internally over the past two years and needs to continue to develop its employees and continue to improve retention rates.
