Pros

Actual work was challenging and meaningful. Management was secretive and not supportive. Finger pointing was the norm which created an uncomfortable work environment. The best part of the job was that most of the people working there (non management) were very nice.

Management was the worst I ever encountered!!

Most People are Great, Very Good Product, Tremendous Legacy

Cons

Very Poor Leadership. Executive Management is looking to boost profit by reducing sales compensation. Executive Sales Leadership is non-existent and waiting to retire. Products are very good, but the company is very slow to innovate and launch new products. Sales is run with an AUTHORITARIAN leadership style.
