      Pros

      Lots of opportunities and you will continually learn. If you have leadership skills, are motivated, and willing to put in the extra hours you will go far here.

      Cons

      You will work nights and weekends. Work/Life balance is poor here. Management takes on too much work. Management allows clients and architects to walk all over them. This continually results in unachievable project deadlines which many employees refer to as the 'fire drill'. This, in turn, contributes to a very low morale and significant turnover.

      Pros

      Employment was stable. People don't get fired just on a whim.

      Cons

      The pay was less than 'motivating'. I took the job because I was looking for a change, and it was less than my previous job. I was told that it would increase with performance, but my raises were paltry. Most of the money goes to project managers and principals. Younger people are leaving in droves and getting more money elsewhere. Work atmosphere is toxic. Lots of people have bad attitudes and there is a passive aggressive environment here. There is very little training, and it is sink or swim.
