      Pros

      Great opportunities for advancement. Definitely a place where you get what you put into it, if you have an idea or relationships you want to build, you are encouraged to build and strengthen those opportunities. The best and most challenging projects in town. The ability to create your own schedule is a great plus. Office leadership has an open door policy which is extremely helpful. The managing director's office door is always open for questions and guidance to help with design challenges. The office culture works together to create strong expectations for interacting with clients, and the quality of drawings which in return is well respected in the valley.

      Cons

      When you put a lot into it (as with anything) it can take a lot of time that you put onto yourself.

      Complex Projects, great city (Madison), team leaders are very eager to help and teach

      The upper management can put in incredible hours, which can be reflected in their desires within employees' time commitment
