      Pros

      The people are great. Social atmosphere, casual dress. That's about it.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what they're doing. Expect to work to death plus more and no additional compensation. On-call 24/7. People do a piece of the work and then wash they're hands free and let their mistakes be the next persons problem.

      Pros

      Affinity has many talented individuals, unfortunately, it lacks direction and integrity from upper management. I am learning a lot from those talented individuals, and I'm shocked at the blatant lack of leaderships the company has from an operational and sales aspect.

      Cons

      Clients are turned over to Account Managers with the intention of "you know we'll disappoint". Deals are signed which they know are not executable. Very dishonest leadership from my perspective, and most of the retailers/companies are well aware of the problems Affinity is facing.

      - Coworkers are very friendly - Open office allows for frequent contact between different departments - Hours are not long, which allows for a great work/life balance

      Cons

      - Turnover rate is high - Little feedback is given as to your job performance
