      Pros

      “Diverse” company – you must know which group of people you “look like” that’s the department you must work in, and you will be highly compensated and recognized OFTEN. Look at the company site section “Meet our Leaders” and you will understand what department is best for you.

      Cons

      They are good on paper but no action to diversify departments. If your bosses look similar to you, you will enjoy unlimited benefits and flexibility. If not, get out as soon as you can.
