Working remote (even pre-pandemic period) anywhere in the US and flexible hours. High performers are recognized and promoted. Upper management (Technology group specifically) supports personal challenges - I have had several personal situations and life events supported by my upper managers Company bringing diversity and minority inclusion awareness through staff training. Friendly environment.

Cons

Cannot work remotely outside of country due to data security concerns/ policy. Promotions should be more consistent across organization.

I really like how much Affinity cares for her employees. We got 6 extra holidays on the top of 11 existing company holidays for this year. Early office closure during summer Fridays, flexible work hours, perks for working from home, Free Linked-In Learning Account, money towards continued education...the list goes on. Very honest, approachable, down-to-earth Executive Leadership Team. Very collaborative team environment. Team members are appreciative of each other. Very talented workforce!

Cons

Can't think of any. I have been with Affinity for about 3 years and love it here. Don't let old negative comments influence your decision to come work for Affinity Solutions, which is a great place to work in my opinion!
