      So many good people are still holding up.

      Employees are seen as assembly line workers. If one is not in a manager's good graces, that individual will be targeted.

      Lots of changes are being made in technology and team leads are very knowledgable

      Cons

      Since some part of the team is based in San Jose and some part in NY, it gets a little challenging sometimes.

      The people are the best !!! Always happy and willing to help. You will make some great friends.

      Cons

      The technology is from 2000 and has not changed. They have the best data but have no idea how to use it. With all the technology issues they will never survive and will have to convince/lie to clients and investors that things will get better soon. One of the worst companies to work for that has no respect for its employees and work them to the ground.
