This is one of the few jobs where I feel like my work is appreciated and that I'm a valued member of the team. Innovative suggestions are always considered and often adopted without long delays. Excellent collaboration across teams to improve processes and create better products.

Cons

Automated testing and modern review/deploy pipelines are lacking.

Place that cares about its employees. Work life balance days every month. Virtual first remote work policy. Stipends for office equipment. They care for their people. Company’s adding I think 30 people right now. Doing cutting edge things in the marketing and advertising space to score ads using purchase data.

More work as a lot of new clients coming on, means we have to fill open hires
