Pros
Working from home helps if you need to take care of personal business and don't want to use a day off. You will meet a nice group of people. I made some good friends.
Cons
Company is growing or trying to and trying to adjust but definitely not going well. Seems to be a lot of catching up instead of planning. Takes on projects it can’t execute and then there’s emergency. Doesn't seem it will reach next level without doing some good hires, clearing out bad ones. Some of the bad ones have been around a long time and will never be asked to shape up. Uphill struggle to do good work. Boring meetings all day take up needed work time. No strong leadership. Chairman nice but not involved. Doesn’t seem aware of the issues. Some comments mentioned woman who’s in charge and how she is. Accurate. Yelling at people from the conference line, hijacking meetings and emailing at 2:AM is not leadership, it’s a cry for help. But the chairman lets her do whatever and he just deals with the “investors”.
