I've never felt so lucky to have found the company I work at.
Pros
Overall, I feel thankful to work at Affirm every day and am generally excited about the work I'm doing. Affirm is not perfect, but it is the closest company to "my idea of perfect" that I've ever had the privilege of being a part of. -Consistently impressive coworkers who are not only inspiringly intelligent across-the-board, but also care about each other and help each other succeed. -Most employees feel truly connected to the company's mission. Great place to work if you are motivated by helping others, but would rather stay in the for-profit sector vs. non-profit. -We're succeeding! We know that there is more work to be done, but we're consistently growing and winning and this makes the morale and environment very positive! -Free lunch and dinner and other great benefits
Cons
*The company leadership has listened to company feedback from employees and has created a plan to respond to all of these criticisms. This is great! -Sometimes, we lack the resources (people, tools, etc.) to do our jobs most effectively. -Not enough recognition of everyone's hard work and successes. I think we could do more to celebrate each other here.
