Low sense of purpose and some kind of insensibility with recent lay-offs

All my peers at the Leadership table are white. There is some gate keeping. They're trying to have a culture that encourages work life balance. This is difficult to do with the current environment. The work load is high. I work late almost every night, from half an hour to two hour. This is in part because of the climate.
